In addition to over 15 years of consumer finance experience I am a 15 year veteran of San Francisco concert promoter Bill Graham Presents. From 1975 to 1990 I was among the lucky ones to help produce virtually every live musical event that passed through Northern Californina. While in Bill's employ I was also an intergal part to every Grateful Dead show in California for a 5 year span, working closely with the band and crew. It was in that environment that the basics of customer service were planted. Bill made sure that all his clients were given the best service that they could have.The client list was large and demanding and included acts like The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Grateful Dead, Santana, Neil Young, Led Zepplin plus many more.
